We partnered with OfficeMax to launch their new organizational product line: the [IN]PLACE System. They wanted to demonstrate how the system works and how it is much more than the sum of its parts.
Developed with organizational guru Peter Walsh, the [IN]PLACE System is designed to help restore sanity everywhere – from the home office to the cluttered company. To promote the organizational benefits of the system, we showed how the different elements of the product line work together, moving the visitor through the consideration cycle and into purchase mode.
Integrating video demonstrations by Peter Walsh (with his Oprah and TLC’s Clean Sweep credibility) alongside 3D product demos and interactive desk-clearing functionality, we conveyed the products in action and put visitors one click away from the ability to buy them.
We built three versions of the experience to account for different audiences. One collects general traffic from online marketing, search and other marketing efforts. One sits within the OfficeMax Solutions site, where corporate purchasing folks make large-scale buying decisions. And the third sits inside OfficeMax's main site to appeal to their existing regular customers. To track results, we implemented Coremetrics tags to help OfficeMax measure activity from site to sale.
