Flash on Tap slides

If you missed Flash on Tap, you missed out. I had a blast in Boston meeting and drinking with the community. Let me tell you, the infrared5 people know how to throw a party. My presentation covered Big Spaceship's process on a day-to-day level -- the 10 fundamentals that get us through what seem like crazy deadlines. I've posted the slides on SlideShare for your downloading pleasure.

UPDATE: Or you can just watch 'em here!

I've also promised I would offer a basic example of a site architecture, which I'll get to just as soon as I get a chance.

Great slides! Thanks for sharing them! my favorite is the "non trivial" comment, it's great! don't you have anything new for us?? :)

Hey, Thanks for the pdf-Version

I like the 'non-trivial' comment on slide 13. Nothing is impossible - just some things are more trivial than others!

Very nice!
I very much like the first fundamental! It is one of the many things a lot of companies miss out on! So "give everyone a say" is more then a good fundamental to me :-)
Thanks for sharing this.

An update is comin' right away. I'll post a PDF version. I wanted to post a version with the video files inside of them but maybe that wasn't the brightest idea. :)

Jamie, that was a great session and one aspect of Flash that is too often overlooked. I can't wait to see the site architecture. And the solution for the vitamin water site was very creative! I will keep the bitmap data image solution in my "back pocket" for use on future projects. Thanks again!

Hey Jamie—
Thanks again for speaking at Flash on Tap. It was great getting to hear about some of the ways you guys tackle projects and insane deadlines. I look forward to that site architecture example as well.
